Account & Data Deletion

1. What Data Is Deleted?
Yanik Online Card Game stores the following data on Google Firebase infrastructure for online features. Account deletion covers all of this data:
- Profile, display name, and avatar
- Chip balance and game statistics
- Friends list and friend code
- Chat/message records
- Gift records
- Account credentials (anonymous identity or Google account link)
2. Deleting from Within the App (Recommended)
- Open the app and make sure you are signed in with your account.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap "Delete My Account and Data" and confirm.
This permanently deletes your profile, chip balance, friends, and message records from the cloud. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
3. Deletion Request by Email
If the in-app option does not work or you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to the email below, including the friend code or display name linked to your account.
4. Processing Time and Retention
Your deletion request is processed within 30 days at the latest. Purchase/invoice records subject to legal retention obligations may be kept in anonymized form for the required period.
5. Local Data on the Device
Local data such as settings and cache is kept on your device. To delete it:
- Uninstall the app: Android Settings → Apps → Yanik Online Card Game → "Uninstall".
- Reset data (without uninstalling): Android Settings → Apps → Yanik Online Card Game → Storage → "Clear Data".
Note: Uninstalling the app or clearing local data does not delete your cloud account and data. For cloud data, follow the steps in section 2 or 3.
6. Google Play Games (Achievements & Leaderboard) Data
If you have signed in with Google Play Games Services, your achievements and leaderboard records are kept on Google's servers. To delete them:
- Open the Google Play Games app on your phone.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Select Settings → Delete Play Games account.
- To delete data for a single game: Delete Play Games data → select the relevant game.
This process is managed by Google; krersn Studio has no additional control over your data.
7. Advertising ID (AD_ID) Data
Google AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can reset this ID at any time:
- Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID"
