Privacy Policy — Yanik Card Game Offline
This privacy policy applies to the Yanik Card Game Offline mobile application (the "App"), offered as a free service by krersn Studio (the "Service Provider"). The service is provided "AS IS".
1. Information Collected and Purpose of Use
The App may collect the following information when downloaded and used:
- Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used by Google AdMob to show personalized advertisements. You can reset this ID in your device settings or disable personalized ads entirely (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Device information: IP address, operating system version, device model (for technical troubleshooting and analytics).
- Usage data: Time spent in the app, screens visited, in-game events (anonymously).
- Google Play Games player ID: If the user chooses to sign in with Google Play Games Services, the player ID and nickname are obtained. This is entirely optional.
- Local game data: Chip amount, game progress, settings — stored only on your device, never sent to servers.
The App does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or deliver features.
The App does not access your photos, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, or SMS data.
2. Third Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob (ad serving): policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Play Games Services (sign-in, achievements): policies.google.com/privacy
3. About Advertising ID
The App shows rewarded video ads via Google AdMob. These ads are shown only at the user's request, when the "Watch Ad" button is pressed. During ads, Google AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID (AD_ID) to display personalized ads.
To reset or disable the advertising ID:
- Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID"
4. Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell or rent your personal information. Limited data sharing may only occur under the following conditions:
- For legal requirements (court orders, official requests)
- To protect our rights, ensure user safety, or investigate fraud
- With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Google) who agree to abide by our privacy policy
5. Data Retention Period
- Local data on the device (game progress, settings): Retained on your device as long as you use the app. Deleted when you uninstall the app.
- Advertising ID data: Subject to Google AdMob's own retention policy (generally 24 months).
- Google Play Games data: Subject to Google's retention policy.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR and KVKK
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To access and request copies of processed data
- To request correction or deletion of data
- To object to data processing
- To request data portability
- To withdraw your consent

7. Opt-Out Rights
- To stop data collection: Uninstall the app from your device.
- To disable personalized ads: Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
- To delete Play Games sign-in data: Play Games app → Settings → Account settings → Delete game data. See the Account Deletion page for detailed instructions.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. The app is only suitable for users 18 years of age or older, as it contains simulated gambling mechanics.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 is using the app, all relevant data will be deleted immediately from our servers. 9. Security
The Service Provider applies physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect the confidentiality of your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are announced on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top is revised. For significant changes, an in-app notification may be issued. Regular review is recommended. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
